Colombian born model, Francisco Javier Escobar, is now the new Mr. World 2013. The 21 year old and 6’1 model is being represented by Re-quest Model Management in NYC. He was recently spotted at the Parke and Ronen SS13 show last september before going to Kent, England for the competition.
